We pack every order with love & care to make sure it arrives in excellent condition.

We DO NOT exchange or refund for change of mind. However in an unlikely case of your item being delivered faulty, we will happily provide you with a new Candle.

  • Please notify us on the same day as the delivery date, providing a description of the fault along with pictures via email to
  • Once your claim has been approved by us, a notification will be sent to you, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the new Candle to be shipped, so please be patient.
