If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, Maison de L'amour Candles is not held liable in the event that the parcel goes missing. Further, Maison de L'amour candles will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.
